| 摘要: |
| 痹证，指邪气痹阻，经气不利所致的各种病证。其病机核心为正虚邪实、痰瘀阻滞、筋骨失养。临床痹证病程缠绵，虚实夹杂，单一治法难以奏效，文章基于张伯礼教授临证经验及中医理论，提出“补、通、散、活、续”五法的论治思路，阐述五法深刻内涵及临床运用，为痹证的中医临床诊疗提供系统的理论依据与实践参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Bi syndrome refers to a variety of diseases caused by pathogenic obstruction and inhibited meridian qi movement. Its core pathogenesis lies in healthy qi deficiency and pathogen excess，phlegm-stasis blockage，as well as malnutrition of tendons and bones. Clinically，bi syndrome is characterized by a protracted course and intermingled deficiency and excess，for which a single therapeutic method is hardly effective. Based on Professor ZHANG Boli’s clinical experience and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）theories， this paper puts forward the treatment strategy of five methods：Tonifying，unblocking，dispelling，activating and consolidating. It elaborates the connotation and clinical application of the five methods，aiming to provide systematic theoretical basis and practical reference for TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of bi syndrome. |
