| 基于圆运动理论探讨火龙罐治疗中风后遗症期气虚型便秘的疗效观察 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的] 基于圆运动理论指导，观察火龙罐治疗中风后遗症期气虚型便秘患者的疗效。[方法] 将82例患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组41例（剔除1例）予常规护理，治疗组39例（脱落2例）在对照组治疗的基础上增加火龙罐疗法。评估并比较两组首次排便时间、Bristol粪便性状评分、气虚型便秘中医证候积分、Wexner便秘评分和患者便秘生活质量（PAC-QOL）评分。[结果] 干预后治疗组首次排便时间、Bristol粪便性状评分、气虚型便秘中医证候积分、Wexner便秘评分和患者便秘生活质量（PAC-QOL）评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论] 在圆运动理论指导下，火龙罐能有效改善患者的首次排便时间、粪便性状、中医证候、排便情况和生活质量。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the efficacy of fire dragon cupping in treating patients with constipation of qi deficiency type during the sequelae stage of stroke from the perspective of circular motion theory. [Methods] A total of 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group（41 cases，with 1 excluded）received routine care，while the treatment group（39 cases，with 2 dropouts）received additional fire dragon cupping therapy based on the control group’s treatment. The first defecation time，Bristol stool form score，traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome score of qi deficiency constipation，Wexner constipation score，and Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life（PAC-QOL）score were evaluated and compared between the two groups. [Results] After the intervention，the treatment group showed significantly lower outcomes than the control group in terms of first defecation time，Bristol stool form score，TCM syndrome score for qi deficiency constipation，Wexner constipation score， and Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life（PAC-QOL）score. All differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. [Conclusion] Guided by the theory of circular motion，the fire dragon cupping therapy can effectively improve patients’first defecation time，stool characteristics，TCM syndrome manifestations，bowel movements，and quality of life. |
