| Abstract: |
| Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) originated from traditional culture and was influenced by ancient philosophical ideas. The concept of “neutralization”in TCM is not only an inheritance of the “neutralization”culture, but also a further development based on it. The thinking mode and health goal pursued by TCM is to achieve “neutralization”. In the process of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease, this article integrates the concept of neutrality into it,using “neutrality”as the method and strategy,“harmony” as the target realm, with the spleen and stomach as the core, taking into account liver, lung, heart, and kidney lesions. Through means of regulating qi,combining cold and heat, balancing moistening and drying, and supplementing and purging, the goal of “harmony”between the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach, and coordinating the absorption and circulation of qi is achieved,so that the body can restore a normal and harmonious state. |
