| 中医药治疗更年期综合征具显著优势，国医大师张志远教授善用经方化裁从肺论治更年期，确立“从肺论治”更年期的创新学术观点。文章通过系统梳理张教授5则典型临床医案，提炼其核心治法与方药应用规律：针对肺肾阴虚、虚火上炎证，以竹叶石膏汤加减清肺养阴、金水相生；针对肺阴亏虚、心神失养证，以百合地黄汤加减滋肺宁心；针对肺气虚损、胸阳不振证，以桂枝去芍药加附子汤加减温肺通阳；针对肺失宣发、营卫不固证，以柴胡桂枝汤加减宣肺调营；针对肺失肃降、气郁痰结证，以小陷胸汤加减降肺化痰。张教授临证灵活化裁经方，紧扣“调补肺脏气阴、恢复宣发肃降”核心病机，为更年期综合征治疗提供了独特且高效的诊疗思路。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has significant advantages in treating menopausal syndrome. Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan，a master of traditional Chinese medicine，is skilled at modifying classic prescriptions to treat menopausal syndrome from the perspective of the lung，establishing the innovative academic viewpoint of “treating menopausal syndrome from the perspective of the lung”. This article systematically reviews five typical clinical cases of Professor ZHANG and summarizes the core treatment methods and the application rules of prescriptions：for the syndrome of yin deficiency of the lung and kidney and deficiency fire ascending， modified Zhuye Shigao Decoction is used to clear the lung and nourish yin，and to promote the generation of metal and water；for the syndrome of lung yin deficiency and heart spirit deficiency，modified Baihe Dihuang Decoction is used to nourish the lung and calm the heart；for the syndrome of lung qi deficiency and chest yang deficiency，modified Guizhi Decoction minus Shaoyao plus Fuzi is used to warm the lung and promote yang；for the syndrome of lung failure to disperse and regulate and instability of the defensive and nutritive qi，modified Chaihu Guizhi Decoction is used to disperse the lung and regulate the nurutive qi；for the syndrome of lung failure to descend and qi depression with phlegm accumulation，modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction is used to descend the lung and resolve phlegm. Professor ZHANG flexibly modifies classic prescriptions in clinical practice，closely focusing on the core pathogenesis of “tonifying and regulating the qi and yin of the lung and restoring its functions of dispersion and descent”，providing a unique and efficient diagnostic and therapeutic approach for menopausal syndrome. |
